Background

Fifth Season (formerly IMG Original Content and Endeavor Content) is a film and television production company that was formed in 2015 as IMG Original Content as a reorganizing of the US branch of IMG Productions. When WME-IMG was changed to Endeavor in late 2017, the division became "Endeavor Content" through a merger with WME Entertainment. In January 2022, the film division was sold a majority stake to South Korean entertainment and retail company CJ ENM. On September 7, 2022, the company rebranded to its current name to distinguish itself from its former parent company, Endeavor.
