Background

The Woodshed is a film company specialized in thriller and horror movies founded in 2010 by Elijah Wood (famous for starring as Frodo Baggins in The Lord of The Rings) and directors Daniel Noah and Josh C. Waller. In 2013, the company changed its name to SpectreVision, changing its original logo, too. In January of 2016, SpectreVision and Ubisoft joined to create new Real Virtuality content for video games.

1st Logo (2012)

Visuals: On a white background is a depiction of a house with the letters W and S on them.

Trivia: This logo was designed by Olly Moss.

Technique: Unknown

Audio: Unknown

Availability: Only seen on the Olly website for it. Possibly seen on Toad Road.

2nd Logo (2013-)

Visuals: On a black background, multiple red triangles move up and at a fast pace. A light blue triangle opens up repeatedly. The last one has the red one intersect with it. Two light blue triangles rotated sideways appear from each sides and form an S while the upside-down red triangle moves down and forms a V. "SPECTREVISION" appears via fading in. The SV triangle symbol disappears along with the text which fades out.

Trivia: This logo was designed by Cory Schmitz.

Technique: It's a CGI logo, animated by Shynola.

Audio: A slow whoosh until the blue and red arrows get together. Then, a deep 3-note synthesizer melody and some strange sounds. When the logo disappears, there's a whoosh. This melody was composed by Caribou.

Availability: Seen on movies released by the company from 2013.
