Background

Telco Productions is a television production, distribution, consulting and publishing company founded in 1985 in Santa Monica, CA. Since 2006, most of Telco's shows also involve Creative Television Marketing/Storrs Media.

1st Logo (1993-2010s)


Visuals: On a blue background, a box, which has a globe on it, moves towards the screen. It then zooms out, stopping at a comfortable distance, and the words

with the "T" in "TELCO" larger than the rest of the letters, zoom out and land on the box. The finished logo shines.

Technique: A mix of 2D animation and CGI.

Audio: A pulsing 4-note synth fanfare with the last note sustained and a whoosh-like sound when the logo shines.

Availability: It can be seen on Animal Rescue, syndicated prints of DragonflyTV and other shows produced or distributed by Telco at the time.

2nd Logo (2010-)


Visuals: A rotating white globe with blue continents zooms out on a dodger blue background, revealing a grayish-blue and black gradient background. A black and white boundary surrounds the dodger blue background and globe and a hologram effect covers the box. The words
