Background
This was a production company managed by Vincent Newman and Tucker Tooley. It was formed in 1998 and lasted until 2003. The name was briefly brought back in 2013 when Newman and Tooley both produced We're the Millers. Tooley currently runs Tucker Tooley Entertainment.
1st Logo (June 8, 2002-December 16, 2003)
Visuals: There is a silhouette of a rocky hill and two men walking up it against an orange/yellow sunset. "NEWMAN/TOOLEY FILMS" is beneath the logo in a Times New Roman font.
