Background
On September 22, 2014, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios acquired a 55% stake in One Three Media and its division Lightworkers Media. Then they consolidated the two companies into a new company that revived the United Artists brand, United Artists Media Group, with Mark Burnett's wife, actress and producer Roma Downey, joining the company. On December 14, 2015, MGM acquired the remaining 45% stake, making UAMG its wholly-owned subsidiary, and it was later folded into MGM Television. The company continues to exist as an in-name-only unit of MGM Television known as "UAMG Content, LLC", while Lightworkers Media remains active under MGM's ownership.

Visuals: A still version of the 2001 United Artists logo, but below the metallic "U\" insignia is the text "UNITED ARTISTS MEDIA GROUP" with a small trademark "TM" symbol next to the letter "P", and below that, "AN MGM COMPANY", both in silver. A silver line separates the company name and the MGM byline.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo can appear close-up.
- On CNBC airings of Shark Tank, the logo is next to the Sony logo in the split-screen credits (the regular logo combo (UAMG/Sony/Sony Pictures Television) appears before the credits).
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: None, a synth cymbal sound or a generic network theme.
Availability:
- This logo first made an appearance on the season 7 premiere of The Voice.
- It appeared on season 29 of Survivor, On the Menu, season 6 of Shark Tank (and early season 7 episodes as well), season 4 of The Sing-Off, and season 7 of The Celebrity Apprentice.
- This was also seen on season 1 of 500 Questions and the first revival of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, both during the summer of 2015.
- It is also retained on season 6 of Shark Tank, as well as UAMG-produced season 7 episodes, when rerun on CNBC.
