Background
Teleworld was a television syndicator. This company also held television distribution rights to some of the American International Pictures library (specifically, those retained by the respective estates of AIP founders James Nicholson, currently unavailable in any format, and Samuel Z. Arkoff, currently licensed to AMC and Lionsgate).
1st Logo (1965-1970?)
Visuals: On a space background, a white circle with a "T" in the middle zooms in, along with the words “DISTRIBUTED BY TELEWORLD,INC.” on the bottom.
Technique: Zooming effects.
Audio: The ending theme of the film.
Availability: Seen on syndicated prints of Harlow and The College Girl Murders.
2nd Logo (1983-1990's)
Visuals: On a space background is the planet earth rotate in a fast motion, then the Teleworld “Circle T” fly’s from behind the earth to infront of it, and the words “DISTRIBUTED BY TELEWORLD, INC.” fade in on the bottom
Technique: Analog computer animation.
Variant: A black and white version exists.
Audio: A drum roll fanfare.
Availability: Unknown, seen on 80s copies of syndicated AIP movies. The black and white variant appears on The Undead when shown on MeTV's Svengoolie.
