Background

Our Production Company produced It's Garry Shandling's Show. The name was used as a copyright notice early on with an on-screen logo debuting in 1987.

Logo (October 25, 1987-May 25, 1990)

Visuals: On a blue and black gradient background, there is a box with white bordering containing a footage of a night sky with the US flag waving on the bottom left and the Statue of Liberty on the right. On the upper left, fireworks go off. After a moment, the words "OUR PRODUCTION COMPANY" in white with blue shadow effects fly in from the back of the logo all the way to the front. Below the box, there is a copyright notice: "© (YEAR) Our Production Company all rights reserved".

Variant: The copyright font would change in 1989 and also appear more narrow in appearance.

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: A drum roll which then goes into the first nine notes of "Stars and Stripes Forever". On the episode "Driving Miss Garry", the final episode of the series, the logo is silent.

Availability: Seen on It's Garry Shandling's Show, of which the complete series is available on DVD from Shout! Factory and episodes can be purchased on Shout! Factory's YouTube page.
