Background

Echo Media is a Canadian production company founded in 2012 by Luc Chatelain after buying the cinema, television and animation divisions from L'Équipe Spectra.

1st Logo (May 18, 2013-2021)



Visuals: Over a black background, white text spins very fast, and then it stops really fast. It shows the text "echo", and "MEDIA" is tilted sideways by a red trapezoid that is lined. The text "film• télévision" is shown beneath in between two lines. The logo flashes, then it fades out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Three very fast whooshing sounds, a long banging note, and then a robot beeping.

Audio Variant: On 19-2, it uses the Bell Media music.

Availability: Seen on episodes of Toopy and Binoo: Vroom Vroom Zoom on Treehouse TV. Also seen on episodes of 19-2 on CTV.

2nd Logo (2021-)


Visuals: Over a black background, the word "echo" unfolds from the bottom in 2D, before the word "MEDIA" unfolds from the top, and the logo's icon in red flies in from the words "echo" and media."

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: The instrumental version of the Toopy and Binoo theme song.

Availability: Only seen on Toopy and Binoo: The Movie.
