Background
495 Productions is an American production company that was founded by SallyAnn Salsano in Burbank, California in 2006 and specializes in unscripted programming. In March 26, 2014, British media company FremantleMedia acquired 75% of the company.

Visuals: There is an interstate freeway sign that has "495" written in the blue portion and "PRODUCTIONS" written in place of "INTERSTATE". The camera pans from below the sign to front-and-center, and there is a brief reflection of light on the sign near the end.
Variants:
- A reversed version exists.
- There's a short version of the logo.
- A sped-up version was seen on Martha and Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party.
- On Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer, the logo is slowed down.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: Just the sound of wind, and then a "ding" sound accompanying the light reflection. Sometimes, the end theme plays over it or none.
Availability: It was seen on their shows such as Jersey Shore, Floribama Shore, Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer, and Paradise Hotel. It was also seen on The Real, but after 2016, the logo was not seen and it goes straight to the Telepictures logo.
