Visuals: On a dark blue-mauve gradient background, eight yellow "electricity" lines form a teal outline of the state of Michigan. As this outline nears its final shape, the dark gold words "A Presentation of Michigan's Public Television Stations" flies in from the bottom, resting in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A sped-up version of the 1986-1991 WTVS local ID theme.

Availability: Only known to be seen at the beginning and the end of the 1994 Michigan Senate Debate produced by WKAR, which was aired at least on WTVS on October 26, 1994.
