Background

WVUT is a PBS member station located in Vincennes, Indiana.

1st (known) Logo (1980s)


Logo: We begin with the PBS "TV Worth Watching" template. The WVUT logo then slides down and the "TV Worth Watching" ribbon animates.

FX/SFX: The WVUT logo sliding and the ribbon animating.

Music/Sounds: An announcer saying "WVUT, Vincennes" with one of the "TV Worth Watching" themes in background.

Availability: Extinct. Only used as a station ID.

2nd Logo (2000s)


Logo: On a PBS background that changes color, a widescreen intro for a national PBS show (Frontline, NOVA, The Lawrence Welk Show, Antiques Roadshow, Motorweek, Charlie Rose, The Victory Garden, Austin City Limits, or Nature) is on the center. "WVUT TV-22", rotated 50 degrees, is in front of it. Under the intro is "VINCENNES, INDIANA".

FX/SFX: The background's color changing, the animation of the intro.

Music/Sounds: Depends on the intro.

Availability: Extinct. Only used as a station ID.
