Cannot access forums when logged in, help

I'm a new user here who is having trouble accessing the forums. I can view the forums when logged out, but, when logged in, clicking on a thread instead takes me to an internal server error page. This is a problem because I discovered an early Georgia Public Television logo and wanted to share it on the forums. I was wondering if you could offer any advice on how to resolve this issue. They created this page. Note the grammar typical of PBSArchive. They also made a ridiculous forum post saying (verbatim) "That not nice to Racism Words The N Word." If you're going to the stewards, here's a (probably non-exhaustive) list of their accounts that we know of:
Most of these were blocked on Company Bumpers as well for similar behavior. The older accounts would make pages like "George Bush Bomb Death" or whatever until we put a stop to that with an abuse filter. I'm a community-elected Steward with Miraheze, and I've locked the sockpuppet accounts of Chuck Quenano; however, have left the suspected master account unlocked, given the user appears to be good-faith and intentioned, and instead guided them to appeal their local block locally. With that in mind, similar to my request of another local administrator's local block of Jackson's World, could you kindly restore the user talk page access for just Chuck Quenano, so they don't have to appeal on your Meta user talk page? As well, as a matter of recommended local best practices, could you also consider directing your local administrators' blocking practices to not revoke the user talk pages on the first block?

Fanmade logos

I don't normally ask people on their talk pages to do stuff, but there's some stuff that nobody has taken care of yet. TagTheRhino 880 and Tristanpullen keep adding fanmade logos outside of their user pages and somehow get away with it. On top of that, TagTheRhino has also been uploading potato quality captures. Could you please delete these captures and the Tristan Pullen Studios page?

I'm Doug, a Miraheze Steward, and I've recently globally locked three more "Jordan"/Ngozikal illegitimate sockpuppet accounts. However, as part of a long-term continuing solution, I am aiming to unlock the referenced master account, with the view and thinking being that we can simply lock the socks going forward and direct the user back to their main account (or e-mail Stewards to request a new account be created for them, with conditions, of course). However, I'd like for them to be able to appeal their their original local block, so would you mind kindly permanently restoring just their user talk page access?

Are you gonna ban in-credit logos all together or no? I saw you deleting my Zhenming page just because its in-credit, but what about the 1st T.A.T. Communications Company logo? So about the Chronology template...

Since you're the starter of the use of the chronology template and the successful RfC about it, I just want to clarify things a bit. I'm rather conflicted that some pages that don't have the template implemented yet could possibly have separate sections which contain: "Company name (first era)", and "Company name (second era)".

e.g. TV Globo, Gaumont, Television Publica Argentina, etc.

In that case, do we have to resort to what the 2 Republic Pictures and Paramount Television pages did?

It looks like a 1-month block for Bruskoevgenia69 won't be enough. Even after his block expires, Bruskoevgenia69 will still continue to add false information.
