Visuals: On a gray static background, the monitor turns on to unveil "CINEPHOBIA RELEASING", in a stacked format and with the "O" that of a blue eye with visible retinal veins on its edges. In the middle of the sequence, the eye blinks. Ending off the sequence, a VHS glitch effect distorts the picture, briefly changes the background to black, and removes the logo from sight.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: An ascending, horror Moog synthesized stinger. A synthesized, held pong plays as the eye blinks. A descending distortion sound effect is heard when the VHS glitch effect is seen.
Availability: The logo appears on American VOD prints of international movie such as Amor Bandido and The Coffee Table.
