Background

Asha Art International was run by Indian producer Yusuf Hassan.

1st Logo (April 9, 1974)


Visuals: On a vortex-like background, there is a white curvy trapezoid holding a burning flame on top, all containing a black warped "AAI" sitting on top of a black rectangle with the company name in a white curvy typeface. After a few seconds, the letters and box shift from black to red. The logo remains static for the last few seconds.

Technique: Motion-controlled animation.

Audio: A sitar and swarmandal soundtrack.

Availability: Appeared only on Pugli.

2nd Logo (August 4, 1978)


Visuals: The logo takes place in a mountain landscape over a sunset environment. The company name in a yellow serif font, along with a small cursive "Presents" is shown within the two mountains. The logo fades out after a few seconds.

Technique: Motion-controlled animation.

Audio: An ambient five-note descending vibraphone melody.

Availability: Appeared only on Chakravyuha.
