1st Logo (October 12, 2018)

Visuals: On a dark gray background, there is a black colored man wearing a fedora while facing the right and with his left hand open. As a bee flies onto the palm, a burst forms the phrase "beauty is in the eye of the beeholder". The words are not aligned horizontally with the words after the first positioned in a zig zag order. After the text is formed, the bee looks and spits into the man's eye, creating an expanding diamond on his pupil, which shines and bursts, disintegrating all the objects in the sequence. Most of their remains have left the screen, except for a few, which come to the center of the screen alongside other particles to form "Bee Holder Productions in the same font as before.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: The bee's buzzing for the first half of the sequence. The opening theme of the film plays as the company name is forming.

Availability: The logo was only seen on Bigger.

2nd Logo (June 6, 2023-)

Visuals: A silhouette of a hooded man with his right palm open and a bee hovering over it is shown against a dark hive patterned background with faint and buzzing turquoise lights emitting through the thin gaps. Soon after the beginning, yellow neon lights draw around the man and bee, in the process creating burst effects around them as well as having parts of the lights turn orange. When the latter color gradually expands, the man and bee glitches before the screen flashes to a white foreground background and the two with a detailed, painted appearance are shown. A turquoise light sparks on top of the man's left eye before "BEE HOLDER PRODUCTIONS". in a spaced out font fades in on the bottom of the screen.

Variant: On Chief of Station, the text is larger and in a stacked format.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: Faint wind noises are heard before the flash alongside neon lights sparking and whooshes as the lights draw around the two objects. Just as the man and bee glitches, there is a bee buzzing sound effect followed by mechanical shaking that ends with a soft bang. The audio sequence is silent when the logo is formed.

Availability: This logo can be seen on Hitmen and Chief of Station.
