Visuals: On a black background, there is a gold stylized "S" with a long beak. The letter flashes an orange red glow, revealing the remaining text "A PROJECT OF" on top of the "S", "erendipity" in a cursive font underneath the "S"'s beak, and "PRODUCTIONS OF TEXAS" underneath the company name and in between a slanted horizontal bar and the "y"'s arc of stem.

Technique: Motion-controlled backlit cel animation.

Audio: A fast tempo, seven-note ascending Moog synthesized jingle ending with a chord progression.

Availability: The logo was only seen on The Video Wine Guide with Dick Cavett.
