Visuals: On a dark powder blue background, there is a symbol designed like a postage stamp consisting of "MILKFED CRIMINAL MASTERMINDS" in a font like the one used on the US dollar bill. It is arced within a light blue thick ring with a white outline and sharp black border against an outer white circular outline.
