Background

Real Color Holland was a brand of film strip comics for use in film strip projectors sold in the Netherlands in the 1960s and 1970s, featuring Dutch and American comic and cartoon characters as well as fairy tales.

Visuals: There is the text "REAL" in red, "COLOR" in light green, and "HOLLAND" in dark blue on a yellow square with curved sides in the centre of a burst of colours: white, grey, red, green, yellow, orange, light blue and dark blue.

Technique: A hand-painted image.

Audio: None.

Availability: Appears on every Real Color Holland film strip, such as Donald Duck als Verslaggever, Sneeuwitjie en de 7 Dwergies and Mickey Mouse en de Verdwenen Prins.
