1st Logo (November 14, 1972-November 27, 1988)


Visuals: On a blue background, the stylized letter "M" forms via a writing style.. Once the letter is complete drawing itself in, the letter "C" immediately forms beside the "M" in the same style as the previous letter. When the letter is finished with it's transition, the text

abruptly appears without animation.

Variant: On occasion, the color scheme is switched to where the background is gray and the letters are blue. The text may or may not be in bold like the regular logo.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: None.

Audio Variant: For the aforementioned variant, a flute playing various short notes can be heard, ending with two flute notes.

Availability:

  • The standard logo can be seen on several TV movies such as Disaster at Silo 7.
  • The variant can be found on TV shows such as Flying High and The Phoenix.

2nd Logo (February 14, 1999-July 15, 2004)


Visuals: Nearly the same thing as the previous logo conceptually, only the background is black, the letters and text are in a golden color, and the letters are drawn at a 3D-like perspective form.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A trumpet playing can be heard.

Availability: Seen on the miniseries Storm of The Century, Rose Red and Kingdom Hospital.
