Visuals: On a black smoky background, a tilted, stylised, and serif "B", made up of two black squares next to a rigid "3"-like shape, emerges from the darkness. A light then slowly reflects the logo from right to left. "BLACK MANDALA", in white, wipes in from left to right to the symbol's bottom.
Variant: There is an early variant without the smoke.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A dramatic, deep ambient whoosh stinger plays as the text is being unveiled.
Availability: The logo is first seen on A Night of Horror Nightmare Radio and later appears on The 100 Candles Game and Contagion of Fear.
