Background
Lipshtick Productions was a television production company formed by Buena Vista Television in 1994 from a breakup of the U.S. Buena Vista Productions arm; the others were Valleycrest Productions and Faded Denim Productions. The company's head was Anne Beatts. Unlike Valleycrest and Faded Denim, the company only produced one show, The Stephanie Miller Show.
