Background

Fox Digital Entertainment (formerly Fox Mobile Entertainment) was a video game subsidiary of 20th Century Fox (now known as 20th Century Studios) that produced apps and games for various portable devices, usually based on 20th Century Fox properties. It was in some ways a spiritual successor to Fox Interactive along with 20th Century Fox Games. The company ceased operations in 2017, when it was merged with 20th Century Fox Games to form FoxNext Games.
