Visuals: Just a black background with the words "Victory Television" in an ivory Elephant font with "DISTRIBUTED BY" in a small font above it.

Availability: It was seen on Rhoda, Hill Street Blues and the original WKRP In Cincinnati when reran in syndication. Last seen on an old VHS release of Hill Street Blues and the S2 WKRP episode "Bad Risk" on WGN America.
