Logo (1992-1996)
Visuals: On a black background, 2 blue lines stacked on each other pass by and rotate around the camera. As they move, another line comes in and bends around to form the part of the Sega logo with the "S" and part of the "E". The lines then rotate to the center as the rest of the logo flies into place and joins with the other part. This causes the screen to flash and change the logo into the print version, before fading out a few seconds later.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A triumphant MIDI fanfare and a zap during the flash.
Availability: This has appeared on some Sega CD games and a few home video releases. [Examples?]
