Purple Lamp

Background

Purple Lamp GmbH (formerly Purple Lamp Studios) is an Austrian video game developer founded in 2018 by former Sproing Interactive employees. In November 2020, Embracer Group acquired the company and became a subsidiary of THQ Nordic.

Logo (June 23, 2020-)

Visuals: On a black background, a dark-shaded, stylized lantern fades in. When it lits up, three triangular light beams from the left and right of the lantern shoot out and freeze, alongside the background becoming a dimly lit purple color. The object slides to the left while the right light beams scroll to the right and reveal "PURPLE LAMP" in white.

Variants:

On SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated, the logo is on a black background and is colored purple. The lantern is colored first, followed by the rest of the logo. The finished product has a crayon effect and purple dots.
On SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, the logo is set on a dark purple cloudy background with jellyfishes swimming from the top right. Shortly after loading, floating bubbles transition the logo to a black screen.
