Background

Turner Interactive was a short-lived publishing label of Turner Broadcasting System.



1st Logo (November 1994)

Visuals: The Turner mansion (from the logos for Turner Pictures and Turner Home Entertainment) is seen on a golden medallion on a purple background. Below, there is the text "TURNER INTERACTIVE". The entire logo is surrounded by a teal and gray outlined box over a black background.

Technique: A still, pixelated graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on The Pagemaster for PC.

2nd Logo (1995)


Visuals: On a black background, there is a gold outlined box that contains two sections. On the left, there is Turner's blue-gray corporate shield logo while on the right, the word "Interactive" on a blue-gray background. The logo shines.

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the game.

Availability: Only seen on Dinotopia.

3rd Logo (1995)

Visuals: On a sandy teal background with a blue frame around it, there is the Turner corporate logo in blue, below the words "interactive". Stars "twinkle" behind the logo.

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: Only known to appear on Cartoon Network's 'Toon Jam!.
