Background

On August 1, 2001, founder Eikichi Kawasaki, along with former SNK executives started up a new company Playmore Corporation. The company bought out SNK's franchises on October 30, 2001, and rehire former SNK employees. Playmore bought out BreezaSoft, as well as former SNK developers, and company Noise Factory, and Sun Amusement was bought out by SNK to provide an arcade distribution outlet in Japan. The company was consolidated into SNK Playmore on July 7, 2003.

Logo (June 12, 2002-November 14, 2003)

Visuals: There is the chartreuse text "PLAYMORE" in a retro-futuristic font, with a lined globe being the "O" of the wordmark.

Technique: A still, sprite-based graphic.

Audio: None or the opening theme of the game.

Availability: Seen on all Playmore games. One of these games include SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos.
