Background
Alloy Entertainment is well-known for making and producing Gossip Girl (both the TV series, and the book series). On June 11, 2012, the Warner Bros. Television Group acquired Alloy Entertainment.
1st Logo (September 19, 2007)
Logo: On a gray shaded background, we see:

"ALLOY" is in gray and is surrounded by a black box and "entertainment" is in black, and below "ALLOY".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: TBA
Availability: Unknown. Supposedly seen on the pilot episode of Gossip Girl. However, current prints of that episode use the next logo below. Was most likely seen on the original airing in 2007.

2nd Logo (September 26, 2007-)

with "alloy" in Century Gothic and "entertainment" in Century Gothic Bold with a reflection below, and a four-leaf clover above, with the top left unshaded. The logo shines as the background clears to full white.
FX/SFX: The background clearing to full white, the logo shining.
Music/Sounds: None. On Pretty Little Liars, the start of the end theme plays over the logo.
Availability: Uncommon. Seen on Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries, and Pretty Little Liars. It was also seen on How to Rock and the Disney Channel Original Movie Frenemies.
