Background

TLC Video was an imprint of Discovery Channel Video that released TLC's programs on home media.

Logo (1999-2001)


Visuals: In a gray sound stage, a spotlight faces the surface of the TLC logo in a steel texture. Various shots of the logo are seen with light gleamed on it. One of them include a man running across a letter. The last shot has the logo zoom out, the man being revealed behind the "T" holding a spotlight, and "PRESENTS" fading and zooming out below.

Technique: A mix of CGI and live-action.

Audio: A dramatic fanfare comprised of rock and electronic elements, alongside buzzers, light buzzing, and running sounds.

Availability: Appears on TLC VHS and DVD releases distributed through Artisan Home Entertainment and Family Home Entertainment, such as Magic's Greatest Illusions, Great Quakes, among others.
