Background

The Landsburg Company was Alan Landsburg's second (and last) production company, established in 1985 after he left his former production company that same year. It closed in 2001 with Landsburg's retirement. The majority of the company's library is now owned by CBS.

Depending on the production, the logo appears in four different ways:

  • The logo quickly swings downward from the top or upward from the bottom.
  • The logo pops up from below.
  • The logo swings downward at the bottom, then upward, stretching to form in the process, similar to the second way. Unlike the other ways, the text isn't present until the logo settles, fading into place.

Variants:

  • A still variant of this logo exists.
  • A B&W variant also exists.
