Background

This was a short-lived special interest video distributor owned by the Madison Square Garden Corporation, the owners of the namesake New York stadium, back when MSG was owned by Gulf+Western (and later on, Paramount Communications). Its releases were distributed through Paramount Home Video. The company went defunct in 1994 when Paramount Communications was purchased by Viacom, who sold MSG to Cablevision (now Altice USA).
