From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Logo (2007-2011)

Visuals: Against a gray/white gradient background, there is a small red TV set with antennas on the top. The “screen” on the TV set briefly reads “TV” overlaid with static; before flashing, showing complete static. Then two types of test patterns appear on the screen; before the static goes away completely. The screen reads “TV” again; clearer and more zoomed in, before the TV set pops back; forming the TV Guide logo, with a small red rounded rectangle underneath reading “NETWORK”. The word “ORIGINALS” in a black/gray gradient also appears; below the rectangle.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A buzzing sound, followed by a “radio tuning” sound effect, then an 8 note jingle, used as the channel’s theme at the time; occasionally slightly extended.

Availability: Seen on Making News: Texas Style, Hollywood 411, later episodes of InFANity, among many other shows from the channel at the time.

2nd Logo (2011-2015)

Visuals: The silver letters "TVGN" zoom out (from the G) with a light effect around it. The light gradually gets dimmer and reveals the background being an urban landscape. Below it, "ORIGINAL SERIES" in black fades in beneath. A byline fades in at the bottom.

Technique: Superimposed animation.

Audio: A rock theme.

Availability: It was seen on the network's programming until the rebrand to Pop in 2015, such as Standup in Stilettos and Tequila Sisters.
