Logo: On the left on a gray background is the forming 2016 5Star logo; a partially cut "A" consisting of just blue stripes fills in and zooms out with the other letters in the company name "5STA" and "R" sliding in from the right and left of "A" respectively with them being unmasked. To the right of said company's logo is a tilted, slow-rotating black vertical rectangle with one section having small white dots and the bottom being striped. This shape contains the co-producer's logo.
Variant: Sometimes the left side can be seen in white.
FX/SFX: Fairly simple 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: Seen on original 5Star programmes such as 100% Hotter.
2nd Logo (2019-)

Logo: On a dark teal background, with the same alignment as before, the 2019 5Star logo types in with the green bar underneath "STAR" expanding and following the size of the text path. To the right is a large black rhombus taking up a great portion of the right half, containing the co-producer's logo and additional credits.
FX/SFX: More basic 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: Current; seen on 5Star-produced original programmes such as Embarrassing Sex Stories and Sex Unlimited.
