Visuals: There is the orange-yellow MTV logo on a light blue background, the yellow VH1 logo on a dark pink background, and the orange Nickelodeon logo (the robot logo) on a blue background. The text "M T V N E T W O R K S" is at the top and "I N T E R N A T I O N A L" is at the bottom.

2nd Logo (2006)

Visuals: The background, which appears to be the inside of a containment center, slowly zooms out. On the bottom of the screen, there are logos for all of Viacom's international channels at the time in white (MTV, Nickelodeon, TMF, VH1, TV Land, Spike, GameOne, VIVA, Comedy Central, Logo, and Paramount Comedy). Then large polygonal spikes form the words "MTV NETWORKS" and "INTERNATIONAL", with the former closer to the screen and turned to to left, as well as being stacked up, and the latter being white and facing the left, behind the former text.

Technique: A mix of live-action and computer animation, produced by ManvsMachine.

Audio: The ending theme of the show or a drawn out flute note that ends in some funky beat, with glitchy noises playing when the text is formed. Audio by Si Begg.

Availability: This logo was not shown on television.
