1st Logo (1980s)

Visuals: On a black background with lines (shooting stars) moving slowly, there are the words "TOP TAPE" and "CINE-VIDEO-TV-DISCO" easing in. A hexagon appears zooming inside.

Technique: Chyron effects.

Audio: A loud synth drone with a 2-note fanfare.

Availability: Seen on VHS tapes from this company released in this era. [Examples?]

2nd Logo (1990s-2000s)

Visuals: On a blue background, a series of pink-coloured clouds rise from the bottom. Amidst the clouds, a red rectangle surges up to the middle of the screen. After the rectangle finishes moving, a flash comes from behind, and the clouds disappear, along with the rectangle reducing in size. The Top Tape logo fades in and starts glowing.

Variant: There are two variants of the original logo: one without the "HOME VÍDEO" text and another one where the logo freezes before the "APRESENTA" text is shown.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: Same as the 1st logo.

Availability: Seen on VHS tapes from the company released in this era, such as El Chavo and El Chapulín Colorado releases.

3rd Logo (Early 2000s-2002)

Visuals: On a black background, a 3D, shiny and blue-colored Top Tape logo shows up on screen, moving from the right side of the screen to the left side. The shining of the logo occupies the screen, revealing two separate lines that zoom out onto the frame. A moving background of clouds is slightly seen behind the two lines, before the "TOP TAPE" text zooms out, settling itself between said lines. Three circular stroke effects rotate around the finished logo before fading out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synthesizer sequence is played with sound effects added onto it, ending with a drum-like beat when the logo forms.

Availability: Seen on some DVDs released by the company, from the 2000s until 2002. [Examples?]

4th logo (2000-2001)

Visuals: It starts out with a DVD player on a TV. The tray then closes as the screen pans up to the TV. Afterwards, the Top Tape DVD logo forms on its screen. As the tray closes, a DVD can be seen.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Just a little bombastic sting as the logo appears.

Availability: Seen on DVDs distributed by this company as of 2001, like The Who and Divas Live 99. It was also used in tandem with the previous one until 2001.
