This is Greg Walker's vanity card. It was later renamed to 22 Plates.

Logo (September 25, 2012-May 10, 2013)

Visuals: There are various images of cows, depending on the episode. The name "HAPPY VALLEY", in black with a white outline or vice versa, is superimposed over the image.

Technique: Depends on the variant.

Audio: The sound of cows mooing (different every episode) or a generic CBS theme.

Availability: Seen on Vegas.
