Background

TeleNext Media Inc. is a spin-off company of Procter & Gamble Productions, Inc. that produced the final episodes of As the World Turns and Guiding Light, and co-produced the annual People's Choice Awards with PGP. Today, PGP continues to produce made-for-TV movies as well. In 2013, it was renamed to "Procter & Gamble Entertainment, Inc."

Logo (July 1, 2008-January 11, 2012)

Visuals: On a white background, a gray button with a green play symbol is seen after its formation on a black background. It then zooms out and moves to the right, forming the text "TELENEXT" next to it, with the words "MEDIA INC" below it.

Variants:

  • A shortened version exists.
  • Sometimes, the logo is squished.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Computer sound effects, followed by an upbeat tempo theme. This was heard only on GL and ATWT broadcasts on the CBS Daytime website, as the CBS generic music is played over on CBS broadcasts with the split-screen credits.

Audio Variant: On the People's Choice Awards, an one-note choir is heard.

Availability: Seen on As the World Turns (which ended on September 17, 2010) and Guiding Light (which ended September 18, 2009). Also seen on the People's Choice Awards, broadcast on CBS from 2011 and 2012.
