Logo (January 11, 1994–June 18, 1996)

Visuals: On a grey-light grey vertical gradient background, there is a coloured drawing of a tan, curved suitcase lifted upwards on top of "CASE" with the former letter overlapping with the suitcase. Below the logo is in-credit information detailing the company's name, the channel the production was produced for, and the copyright notice on the bottom of the screen.
