Background

Nick Hits was a programming block on Nickelodeon Latin America that aired classic Nicktoons. It launched in late 2009 and ended in early 2010 (only 9 months later, exactly) and replaced Nick at Nite on the weekends. After the block ended, Nick at Nite replaced it and added all the shows on the Nick Hits lineup to their own lineup.

Logo (July 4, 2009-April 4, 2010)

Visuals: On a green background, there are two blobs (one orange and one green) move around and then merge into the Nick Hits logo (which is the iconic Nick "Splat" logo connected to a green version of the "Splat" with the word "HITS" on it).

Variants: There are a few more variants with different animation (for example some have orange slime coming out of some holes to form a certain shape, then the slime takes up the whole screen, zooms back, and forms the logo), but they all end with the same finished product.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The sounds of the blobs moving and merging, followed by a man's laugh.

Availability: It was only used in Latin America for one year.
