Visuals: On a sky background with a turquoise surface, a VHS cassette with the logo (golden letters "SDM" with the letter's "S" lower part extended, as well as the "M" letter; text "VIDEO HOUSE" with the letter's "V" upper-left portion connected to the acronym is shown below) zooms in while spinning. It later explodes and shatters, as the logo rises up and forms from the ground, and the company's address and phone number slide in from left and right, respectively.

Audio: A held-out woodwind note, followed by a violin & trumpet theme accompanied by an announcer.
