Variant: Some releases omit the "MAD VIDEO" text, with the logo positioned in the center.
Technique: A still computer graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on horror releases, most notably Death File.
2nd Logo (2017-)
Visuals: On a black background, a bright flash rapidly occurs, leading into white noise. It starts dripping out, to reveal a worn-out grainy red background with the "MAD" text from before, which starts to slightly zoom out. The background then starts to become more reddish, before leading into a series of red-tinted gruesome images, as each of the images reveal the words "MAD VIDEO". The images fade out, with the logo changing to red and a green and yellow rectangle fading behind the logo and text.
Technique: Advanced computer animation.
Audio: A static sound, leading to a shattering sound played in contrary, with a deep jarring chord, alongside a buzzing effect held over the end.
Availability: Seen on horror releases, including Ni natta janku-shi to sangeki.
