Background

LTS Garðbær Studios, formerly LazyTown Entertainment, Wit and Lazy Shows is the production and licensing company of Icelandic filmmaker/entrepreneur Magnus Schéving and puppeteer Guðmundur Þór Kárason, which owns the multimedia franchise LazyTown (Latibær) and founded in 1992. In 2004, a show featuring characters, elements and songs from the eponymous franchise debuted on television which aired on Nickelodeon in the US and in syndication internationally, which ran for two seasons and a spin-off series, co-produced with the BBC, called LazyTown Extra was also made in 2008. In 2011, the show's US rights moved to Sprout (which was owned and operated by Comcast (via NBCUniversal), but backed by PBS at that time) and during that same year, Turner Broadcasting System (then-owned by Time Warner) purchased the company, which led to the commissioning of a third season of the show, saving it from a long hiatus, which aired in 2013. Another season was commissioned and filmed that same year and debuted during 2014.

Visuals: In the first two seasons, it's just the show's logo in white, superimposed in-credit with a "TM" mark shown. Seasons 3-4 have the logo in its original colors, placed on top of the Icelandic Film Centre with copyright text at the bottom.

Variant: On LazyTown Extra, it's placed in the right corner with the CBeebies logo on the left.
