Background

Callaway Arts & Entertainment is a family multimedia company formed in 1980 by Nicholas Callaway. It’s best known for producing books such as books made by Madonna (including Sex and The English Roses) and Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends.

Logo (September 7, 2004-June 17, 2007)


Visuals: Over a navy blue gradient background, the logo starts with ''CALLAWAY'' in a white serif font, with ''ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT'' below in a different font. Above the text is a round, blue sun-like design, the outer ring filled with an orange triangle pattern and the middle containing yellow sun rays, a circle with a red triangle inside the center. The sun rises as the outer ring slowly rotates, and a flash forms above the triangle in the center as the sun stops.

Variants:

  • A still variant of this logo in all white on a black background can be seen on apps based on Miss Spider books.
  • On the British dub of the first 2 seasons of Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends, the logo is inside a box and shares the screen with the 2004 Nelvana, Absolute Digital Pictures, and the 2001 Teletoon Originals logos. The Callaway Arts & Entertainment logo is on the bottom left section of the four-box quadrant.
  • On the British dub of the third and final season of said show, it's the same as the first two seasons, except the Teletoon "Oval Smile" logo at the bottom right is replaced with the 1999 Treehouse logo.
