70/30 Productions

Background

70/30 Productions was an animation production house founded by Matt Thompson and Adam Reed, the creators of Sealab 2021, Frisky Dingo and its spin-off series The Xtacles for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. The company's name came from the plan that Thompson would do 70% of the producing and 30% of the writing, with Reed doing the reverse. After The Xtacles was cancelled in November 2008 after only 2 episodes due to Adult Swim's refusal to provide funding for additional episodes, 70/30 announced in early January 2009 they were closing their doors. Reed and Thompson went on to form Floyd County Productions, which would produce Archer for FX.

Logo (December 21, 2000-November 9, 2008)

Visuals: On the white background, there is a sea green-colored black-outlined stylized automobile at a 3/4 angle, with the windows and headlights colored in a lighter shade of sea green. The car is formed by a stylized "7030" (the top of the "7" forming the side profile, the top of the "3" forming the windshield and both "0"s forming the bottom part and wheels), with "seventy-thirty" and "productions" in black and in extremely-wide Impact font above and below, respectively.

Variants:

On the Sealab 2021 episode "Murphy Murph and the Feng Shui Bunch", Master Shake from Aqua Teen Hunger Force comes in from the right and breaks the logo with the bat, revealing the Williams Street logo, which he breaks as well, revealing the Cartoon Network Productions logo. He attempts to break this as well, but fails.
On Frisky Dingo, the logo is brighter.

Audio Variant: On the Sealab 2021 episode "Murphy Murph and the Feng Shui Bunch", the show's rock music plays. Master Shake says "Seventy-Thirty. Is this yours?". Meatwad from ATHF says "That's not mine!". Shake then says "Cause it's gone!". Meatwad says "You're breaking somebody else's things now.". Shake says "It's cheap looking and it's outta here." when he breaks the Williams Street logo. When Shake tries to break the Cartoon Network logo, he says "What kind of crap is this, did an elephant paint this?!"
