Triangle-like wings stick out from the middle and a bunch of emitting concentric circles stick out from the tower. Bengali and Urdu text surround the concentric circles on opposite sides.

Trivia: The PTV logo was designed by famous artist Abdur Rahman Chughtai. It was inspired by the peacock and the Minar-e-Pakistan and depicts two wings of the country: West and East Pakistan (now Bangladesh).

Technique: A still card produced on print.

Audio: A 16-note tune played with a harmonium.

2nd ID (Late 1972-1996)

Variants: A black and white variant exists.

Technique: A still graphic.

Audio: A harmonium tune, similar to the one in the last logo.

Availability: It was seen on the start of broadcasts preceding the start of TV programs.

3rd ID (1980-1988)

Visuals: Over a blue background is orange, yellow, and ivory lines bordering a diamond that cuts into various pictures of buildings from cities where PTV broadcasted at the time, including the Presidential Papace, Mazar-e-Quaid, and the Ziarat.

Technique: A slideshow.

Audio: A somber-sounding tune starting with 4 series of 4 chimes, and a sitar followed by 3 series of 4 chimes. It is cut-short in some instances. A full version of the audio can be heard here.

4th ID (1996-November 16, 2003?)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a satellite orbiting a rotating Earth. Then, gray parts of the PTV logo move until it shrinks and moves toward the satellite while glowing yellow. It later zooms into the Earth, where the part of the PTV logo and the letters "PTV NETWORK" in a black-white gradient with a gold outline appear from the right and surround it while it pans away from the satellite and Earth. The "PTV NETWORK" text later rearranges to the bottom, and the same part of the PTV logo moves in with the wings flapping down while a blue light flashes in. Finally, the other parts of the logo fly in to form the PTV logo and it rotates with a larger blue light flashing in.

Technique: CGI by Shahbaz Mustafa.

Audio: A futuristic patriotic tune composed by Shahbaz Mustafa with sounds from a gong followed by an announcer in Urdu at the end.
