Background
KVVT was a television station in Barstow, California. It was the only independent commercial television station in the Mojave Desert region to provide local news programs. In 1989, the station switched to ABC as a result of the Mojave Desert at the time not receiving a good signal from KABC-TV in Los Angeles.

Audio: A 6-note synth tune with an announcer saying "KVVT. Serving Big Bear Lake, Calico, and the entire High Desert Metro.".

Visuals: Over a landscape of with red & blue clouds, a red square with its frame and the white text "kvvt 64" flips and settles into its usual position, along with three red diagonal bars behind it. Yellow words "Barstow/Victorville Phelan THE ENTIRE HIGH DESERT METRO" are shown next to the logo.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: An upbeat violin & piano tune, followed by an announcer saying "KVVT. Channel 64. Serving Barstow, Victorville, Phelan, and the entire High Desert Metro.". Afterwards, a group of people sing "We're so proud to be a part of you!"

Visuals: On a black background, two blue lights appear and wipe in a light blue bar. A navy ring with the number "64" and a yellow line with some diagonal marks in it and a navy text "KVVT" above slide in from the right, and the ring's outline slides in from the left. Blue words "Barstow/Victorville" wipe in below, and the white words "The High Desert Home Team!" wipe in below, also.

Audio: A relaxing synth chime tune, followed by an announcer saying "KVVT. Channel 64. The High Desert home team.".
