Background

Wattpad Studios is the entertainment division of Wattpad. The division's goal is to adapt Wattpad stories into film, TV, digital video, and print.

Logo (October 12, 2018-)

Visuals: Over a black (or gray) background, the logo starts with many scribbles in orange (Wattpad's main color) in every part of the background, until it writes the iconic Wattpad "W". The words:

wattpad
studios

appear on the bottom of the "W" and it shines.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A synth note followed by typing sounds (mostly from an Android).

Availability: First seen on the series Light as a Feather. It can be seen on the film After.

2nd Logo (February 9, 2024-)

Visuals: Two overlapping glowing "w" outlines zoom out. The top left is colored orange and has rounded features and the bottom right is green and with rigid sides. They would click into a flat version with the overlapping portion becoming white. Afterwards, they split up by zooming out, leaving a trail effect from behind, and merge back, creating the logo from before without "studios".

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: A high-pitched blast followed by a click sound effect, followed by a whoosh and another click.

Availability: It made its debut on Float.
