Background

Solstice Studios was a distribution and financing company, founded in 2018 by Mark Gill, Andrew Gunn, Guy Botham and Vincent Bruzzese, that focused on mid-budget releases for a wide release. In October 2021, the company laid off a majority of its staff (including its CEO) but would oversee completion of its second and final film, which was left without a distributor as a result. The company was shuttered the following year.
