Background
This is actress Demi Moore's production company.
Logo (October 20, 1995-May 2, 1997)
Visuals: 7 vertical rectangles (supposed to be film frames like in an old camera) fade in one by one on a black background. In the frames, a naked girl (presumably a young Moore) runs (or skips) across the screen on a sidewalk in what appears to be a swimming hall. Then, the words "MOVING PICTURES", in a gray font resembling Copperplate Gothic, slide to the left one letter at a time. The frames at the very left and the very right disappear, leaving five frames. A gray rectangle fades in place of "MOVING PICTURES", then the text fades in on the rectangle, now in black. The entire logo is in black and white.
Variants:
- On If These Walls Could Talk, the logo is still.
- An in-credit logo is used on Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
Technique: It seems to be a mix of live-action and CGI.
Audio: The sound of a film projector whirring, followed by a girl humming, then a calm six note theme with a synth chord at the end.
Audio Variants:
- The still version has a held-out synth note accompanied by the sound of a film projector winding down.
- The in-credit logo uses the closing theme of the film.
Availability: The animated version only appeared at the end of Now and Then.
