Background

Jersey Films is an American movie production company and studio that was established in 1991. It was founded by Danny DeVito, Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher. The company was named after the state of New Jersey, where DeVito was born.

Visuals: On a black background is a white outlined box. Inside the box, there are the words "JERSEY FILMS" in a odd looking font, with "JERSEY" stacked on "FILMS".

Variant: On independent productions, "SHORE" appears instead of "FILMS".

Technique: A still graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the movie.

Availability: Seen on Man on the Moon, Matilda, Reno 911! Miami, Freedom Writers, How High, Death to Smoochy, Erin Brockovich and many others. The "SHORE" version is seen on Drowning Mona, The Filth and the Fury, The Caveman's Valentine, Super Troopers and Ghost World.
